DL Chemical VLD products are expected to be slightly inferior in adhesive performance due to
their higher density than EVA/POE. With the advantage of excellent physical properties (volume resistivity, water permeability), it is possible to reduce costs and secure raw material supply stability when applied to photovoltaic encapsulant film Pros.

DL Chemical Raw Material

Application

  • Generally, it is a film with a thickness of 0.4~0.45mm, and about 420g of encapsulant is
    used per 1m2 of Solar Panel.
    – Formulation : Resin 90~92%, Additive 8~10% (Peroxide, Cross Linker, Anti-Oxident, UV
    Stabilizer/Absorber, etc.)

 

  •  Generally, MI 5 and MI 13 products are mixed in a ratio of 3:7.
    – When only low MI is used, production efficiency is reduced due to low liquidity and
    strength is low. Patterns are created at the time of shipment in the form of a roll, when
    only high MI is used: overflow occurs

 

  •  Commercialized in three types: EVA Single, POE Single, and EVA/POE/EVA Multi Layer
    – PV0500 / PV1300 / PV1800 / VL8803 are suitable for EPE Multi Layer
